  • Overview:

    RD-1350 CNC Router is designed for making lock hole and hinge of door.

    Advantage:

    1. Heavy duty machine structure guarantee solidity and absence of vibration, and machine base have been tempered, which will improve ductility and toughness, machine base not easily deformed, so machine's processing precision will be highly improved.        

    2. A horizontal saw axis is installed on machine, one side is saw blade, the other side is a router bit.

    The saw blade can be rotated from four directions, so it is very suitable for cutting 4 edges of door.
    The router bit can make lock hole and hinge from both side of door panel.

    3. Double working position is designed for improving working efficiency greatly,  the spindle will comes to work on two working area alternately, when spindle working on the first working area, the labor can loading or unloading the door panel on the second working area.
     
    4. Automatic Tool Changer carousels are positioned on the side of the gantry for easy access for changing tools.

    5. YASKAWA servo system:
    These motors are built to last and provide the necessary power to the machine.  The torque curves are specifically designed for each individual application to ensure power is available when needed.
